Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was 16, and she gave up her gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card in the year following, at the age of 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off on the field to finish her university education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she was at in her previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years following her debut, setting new targets for herself every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four Fitness titles. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she took to the stage at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel declared that she'd had no expectations and was proud of the result. She was up against the best. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups that are done with machines, and bent-over rows. It is common to warm up before training. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel does so by doing supersettings in all back exercises. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
