Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born on 19th of December 1986. The native of Canada and has a job within the Hollywood film industry where she did many projects. Her most prominent role was as Alexis Rose from the CBC comedy Schitt's Mill. It was the show that premiered in 2014 and ended in the year 2020. The show was critically praised for her performance and was awarded with the Primetime Emmy Award. She was born Ottawa Ontario Canada. She is the child of two school teachers. Elmwood School was her first choice for school in Ottawa, where she participated in various stage performances. After graduating at Concordia University with a theatre degree, she joined the Canadian Film Centre's Actor's Conservatory. To learn how to act the art of acting, she took classes at Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory. At the age 22, she moved her family to Los Angeles where acting became her occupation. Annie Murphy launched her acting career when she appeared in the 2007 crime-thriller television film Lethal Obsession. Annie Murphy went on to appear in smaller roles as well as additional ones in various films. Some of them are popular such as Story of Jen which was made in the year 2008, Lick released in 2010 as well as another smash A Windigo Tale which was released that same year. The actress also appeared on Canadian TV shows such as Good God, which aired 2012 and Rookie Blue in the same. It appears that she is able to take on several acting roles.
