Katherine Jean Bolduan, also popularly known as Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. The most famously known is that she's the host of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She had previously been a cohost of the CNN weekday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is part of CNN's award-winning presidential election coverage in 2012. She also spent time at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress as well as events that occurred during her tenure as an official of the Capitol Hill Unit included the discussion to increase the limit on debt for the US, as well as debates by the supercommittee. As a general assignment reporter she's covered events such as the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and also the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Her first assignment was with CNN Newsource as a National Correspondent in 2007.
